Q PAINT DURABILITY
We use a specially formulated paint which is extremely durable. This will ensure that your custom shoes will not have any negative effects under normal conditions.

Q CAN WE SUPPLY OUR OWN SNEAKERS AND DESIGNS?
Yes.

Clients can provide their own sneakers for us to customise. Alternatively, we can supply the shoe

at retail cost (depending on availability).
Regarding designs, the client can:
[I] Provide their own design
[II] Use one of our existing designs
[III] Collaborate with us to create an entirely new and unique design.

Q HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CUSTOMISE A PAIR OF KICKS?
A customized sneaker will usually take between 2-3 weeks to complete. However, the actual time may depend on the complexity of the job and is dependant on the amount of shoes already on order.

Q CAN ASTORIA VIII TAKE ORDERS FOR LARGE QUANTITIES OF SHOES?
Yes. There is no job too small or large.

Astoria VIII ships within Australia via AusPost registered post.

Delivery time is usually 3-5 business days.

International packages are shipped via AusPost Air Mail.

Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days.

Insurance and other postage options (such as FedEx) can be added at the client's request and expense.

NB for International clients only: Please DO NOT ship via Federal Express.

Q PAYMENT METHODS
Astoria VIII accepts the following methods of payment:
I Direct Bank Transfer (within Australia)
II PayPal

NB Any sneakers purchased on behalf of a client requires payment in full prior to purchase.

A 50% deposit is required on all paintwork before commencement.

The remaining 50% owed must be paid within 1 month of completion of the paintwork or Astoria VIII will take ownership of the sneaker (with the exception of extenuating circumstances which must be proven beyond reasonable doubt).
